About NPA
Our passion for sports drives everything we do — especially for the athletes who need us most.
Our Mission
To connect athletes and coaches with the world's sports products and services to help launch their recruiting journey — with a special focus on reaching athletes who lack the financial resources, family support, or stability to pursue that journey on their own, including refugee and displaced athletes.
Our Story
At Next Professional Athlete, our passion for sports drove us to create a non-profit organization that helps the average athlete play the sport they love at the professional level. We started NPA+ because we saw too many talented athletes get left behind — not for lack of ability, but for lack of opportunity. Many come from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, have fled hardship as refugees, or are navigating the recruiting process without parents or guardians to guide and support them. NPA+ exists to close that gap.
Our Philosophy
At Next Professional Athlete, we believe that sports have the power to change lives — no matter where an athlete starts. We are committed to providing a sports recruiting network to athletes of all levels, backgrounds, and circumstances so they can perform at their best. We believe in hard work, dedication, and a never-give-up attitude, and we believe every athlete deserves a fair shot at going pro — including those without the financial means, family support, or resources that so many take for granted. Our mission is to embody these values in everything we do.
Our Community
At Next Professional Athlete, we believe in giving back to the community. We are proud to support local sports teams, schools, and organizations, with particular attention to athletes who are financially disadvantaged, refugees, or without parents or guardians able to support their journey. We offer discounts and sponsorships to athletes who may not have the finances to purchase necessary resources on their own, because we believe an athlete's background should never determine their future. Listen to our YouTube Video Podcasts for future discount codes with applicable vendors.
Our Team
Our team at Next Professional Athlete is made up of sports enthusiasts who are passionate about helping athletes succeed — especially those who've had to fight the hardest for their shot. We are dedicated to providing resources, entertainment through video podcasts, and exceptional customer service to help our clients achieve their dream of playing the sport they love professionally. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, whether you have every resource behind you or none at all, anyone can join NPA+.
